The Challenge

The client, a premium Med Spa, was losing revenue due to a broken digital experience.

Their existing website made it difficult for users to understand services, compare options, or take action. Pricing was hard to find, navigation was inconsistent, and the mobile experience caused frequent drop-offs. Even motivated users struggled to complete bookings.

At the same time, the business had minimal visibility in local search. High-intent queries related to treatments and nearby services were not bringing in traffic, leaving demand uncaptured.

Despite offering high-quality services, the digital layer was acting as a bottleneck for both discovery and conversion.

The Solution

Pekker LLC approached the engagement as a full funnel optimization rather than just a redesign.

We rebuilt the frontend using a custom Next.js application, focused on speed, clarity, and conversion. Instead of replacing the client’s existing booking system, we integrated directly with their current provider, ensuring a seamless transition without disrupting operations.

The user experience was restructured so that services, pricing, and booking actions were accessible within a few clicks, especially on mobile.

On the acquisition side, we implemented a targeted local SEO strategy, aligning site structure and content with high-intent, location-based searches.

To scale content and maintain consistency, we also developed multi-step, context-aware AI workflows. These enabled the client to generate high-quality blog posts, service pages, and landing pages efficiently, without sacrificing relevance or structure.

Behavioral analytics and session tracking were added to continuously identify friction points and guide ongoing improvements.

The engagement began with a focused diagnostic phase where we analyzed user behavior, navigation flow, and conversion drop-offs. It became clear that the issue was not just visual design, but the underlying structure of how users interacted with the platform.

We redesigned the information architecture to prioritize clarity and decision-making. Services were grouped logically, key information such as pricing and outcomes was surfaced early, and users were guided toward booking actions without unnecessary steps.

Rather than replacing the client’s existing booking software, we integrated it directly into the new experience. This avoided operational disruption while significantly improving how users reached and interacted with the booking flow. The result was a smoother path from discovery to conversion.

The frontend was rebuilt using Next.js to ensure fast load times and a responsive experience across devices. This was particularly important given the visual nature of the industry and the high percentage of mobile users.

To address the lack of discoverability, we implemented a localized SEO strategy focused on high-intent search terms. Pages were structured around specific treatments and geographic relevance, improving alignment with how users search. Technical SEO improvements ensured proper indexing and visibility.

A key differentiator in this engagement was the introduction of context-aware AI workflows. These workflows allowed the client to generate and maintain a steady stream of structured, SEO-aligned content, including blogs, service pages, and marketing landing pages. Instead of static content, the site became a scalable growth engine.
